Manifest.

I have read this blog post multiple times.  Nadege’s posts on motivation, fitness and living the life you want to live are truly inspiring.  Not only did I print out a copy for me to re-read at my leisure, I also made a copy for one of my co-workers.  I practice what she writes about, and have seen great results.  I want to share her post with as many people I can, as well as add what has worked, or not, for me.  My post will make more sense if you read hers first.

The manifestation techniques that I practice are  visualization, believing that I will succeed, expressing GRATITUDE, and something I call “blessings”.  I use them in a similar manner to how she describes it and will write more about it in the future.  For now I will start with the following: Blessings- this is similar to her method of “bring(ing) into reality”.  When I see something or someone that has something that I desire, I bless that person and the thing that I desire – could be a woman with a circle good friends, a loving couple, a girl with an amazing six-pack or someone rocking a purse I’ve been eyeing.  When I see such things, I bless them and KNOW that those things/relationships/etc., are on their way to me too.  This negates any feelings of envy, for how can I be envious of something that I too already have?

In addition, I whole-heartily believe in forgiveness.  Holding grudges is an effective way of blocking your good from finding you.  Not only do you need to forgive the person who wronged you, but you need to forgive yourself too for holding on to the negative emotions. Forgiveness and love are the keys to so much! However, I have to admit that this one can be so difficult for me – if I feel wronged it can be so hard for me to let go.  I have come to realize that I hurt myself more when I hold on to a grudge.  There is no greater feeling than the freedom that forgiveness brings.
Where I belief I am lacking are the following areas: consistency, “building the ark” and putting in the hard work. I’m sometimes guilty of thinking that just because I thought of something it will magically appear.  NOT.  I have a goal to start my own business soon, now is the time for me to start on the groundwork and build my ark.  I also want to grow this blog into something phenomenomenal.  I’m not sure how to go about building that ark, but I’m hard at work researching it all.

I’m terrible with consistency and lack a clear and focused whole life vision.  When I need to complete a short-term goal, such as earning a certification, I am fully focused and meditative on that goal.  However, once I have manifested it, I recede into redundant and not necessarily uplifting thoughts. Rather than being focused on a whole-life vision of wellness, harmony, power, abundance, I am focused on short-term goals in a rather inconsistent manner.  My life could be so much richer and rewarding, but instead I limit myself to the next handbag, or the pounds on the scale or my next raise.  I limit myself to focusing on helping my sister out in a small way, instead of looking at being a job creator so she can earn a living rather needing me to pay a portion of her rent.  I need a grand whole life vision, and I am working on creating it.  Purchasing our new house, in a great neighborhood with excellent schools for our daughter, that has been a major step in manifesting my whole life vision.

So reading Nadege’s post and her overall Motivation Monday serious, as well as such life-changing books as The Master Key System by Charles F. Haanel and Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, I see my life changing.  I see my mind expanding.  I see my potential increasing.  I see a world of abundance,  and unending possibilities.  I see myself accomplishing so much, I see myself unafraid to accomplish so much and unafraid to build and share real wealth, knowledge and power.

The world is literally my oyster.  I’m that pearl that is ready to shine. It’s yours too, let’s shine together.

What about you?  What is your life’s grand vision? What are you manifesting – is it someting you truly want? How are you creating the life you truly want to live?

I have yet to finish reading the book The Master Key System by Charles F. Haanel, but this book has already changed my life.  Please, if you can, read it.
