I didn’t have a much that really stood out to me this past month, but what did blow my mind definitely deserved a favourites post. I don’t write this type of post often as I tend to use the same items month after month, but I had a few new additions into the rotation that needed to be mentioned.
Dior Star Foundation – I loved this so much I made a whole video review of it.
Becca Highlights – I’m still trying to figure out how to use it, but man, the glow. Especially now that the sun is not as abundant, I look like I’m lit from within and I love it. I haven’t used the Pearl (white) one yet, and I prefer the rose/pinky one to the gold one. I can’t wait to try more Becca highlighting products.
Milani Eyeshadow Gel in Bella Bronze – this is just so buttery smooth and soft and blendable. This colour makes a for a quick easy one-colour swipe across the lids when I’m min a bit of a rush. These are really quite a gem and their price makes an even better deal.
Guerlain Night at the Opera Meteorites Perles D’Etoiles – still as beautiful as the day I bought it. I think I look really good with a rosy glow so this provides just that. And it’s just the right amount of subtle since I am always afraid of ending up looking like an old disco ball. This one is in constant rotation.
Caudalie Grape Water Spray – This is a miracle product. I spray it on my face in the morning, on my hair, my daughter’s hair, everything. I love to spray when I come home from working out. And it comes out in a fine mist so it doesn’t feel like someone is spitting on my face. It’s bit pricey for a can of water but I totally love it. I also love using the Japonesque Solid Brush Cleanser on my brushes. I put my daughter to work and she loves swishing the brushes around in the little pot. It is really easy to use and highly recommended.
Alexander McQueen Scarf in Periwrinkle – I love McQueen scarves and I’m trying to stop myself from buying more during this sale season. I keep telling myself that 4 is enough, it used to be 5 but one disappeared… I’m still trying to deal with that:( What I find so amazing about this scarf is that is nice a light and cool during the summer, but still warm enough to keep my neck warm during the (light) Arizona winter months. Win-win situation.
So that’s it, I think November was a good month beautywise. I also have a good empties post that will be up soon.
Thanks for stopping by and stay blessed! How was your Cyber Monday shopping. I’m still waiting for some of products to be shipped and will post when I get my little fingers on them.
